Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Reviews : Conduct internal compliance assessments and assist the service delivery team in preparation for external audits.
- Risk Management : Design and recommend controls to mitigate risk, perform risk assessments, and participate in audit planning.
- Audit Documentation : Prepare audit planning memos, create a Risk control Matrix (RCM), and mange discussions with key stakeholders.
- Inherent Risk Identification : Assist in identifying risks in business applications and supporting infrastructure, and evaluate controls implemented by management to mitigate these risks.
- Internal Audits : Participate occasionally in risk-based internal audits, with a focus on IT and cyber security.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum Experience : 6 years of experience in Cyber Security, specifically Internal Audit and SOX compliance.
- Technical Skills : Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, internal control systems, risk management, and audit processes.
- Education : B. Tech/BE graduate are preferred for this role.
- Audit Expertise : Ability to create comprehensive audit reports, risk assessments, and maintain audit documentation.
