Key Responsibilities
As the Desktop Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of support engineers to ensure seamless desktop support operations. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Team Leadership
- Lead a team of desktop support engineers, providing guidance and support to resolve technical issues efficiently.
