Job Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and manage Window servers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot issue related to hardware, software, and network configuration.
  • Ensure backups, system updates, and server security measures are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement server strategies and performance improvements.
  • Provide technical support and resolve server-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in Window Server Administration or similar roles.
  • Expertise : Strong hands on experience with Window Server 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server performance monitoring.
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with server virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware), disaster recovery, backup solutions, and patch management.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to server management and issue resolution.
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
